Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Window: You must request the return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return an Item

All returns are handled by mail. Each package includes a prepaid return label — no need to pay for return shipping.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Attach the included return label to the outside of the package.

Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.
